Instructions to make Soup Kharcho:
  1. Boil the chicken breast in salty water
  2. Remove the breast from the water and add washed rice into the bouillon.
  3. By the time rice is being boiled, cut the onion into very small cubes and fry in oil.
  4. Then add tomato paste and 5 tablespoon of bouillon to the onion, close the cover and let it boil on low fire.
  5. By that time crumble the poultry. In other words split the meat from the bones, cut into small pieces with hands (do not cut with knife)
  6. Add the poultry and tomato mass to the boiling soup.
  7. Add a small clove of grated
  8. Add salt, pepper, khmelu suneli, coriander, bay leaves.
  9. Serve hot. Before serving you can put a leaf of any green to the soup as decoration.
